(No refunds or exchanges on sale items) Plaudits SA Team would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to refund or exchange an item, the below terms and conditions will be applicable.
LOCAL REFUNDS
YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND GIVEN THE ITEM RETURNED IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY
We at Plaudits SA do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:
On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect. If found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available, we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased or issue you with a Plaudits SA gift card for the amount paid.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
We offer a three-month limited warranty on all our products, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The Process
For online returns
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, it will be your responsibility to send it back to us and note that if you are exchanging it will be the custumers responsibility to pay the delivery fee of their preffered method which is also stated on our website.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.
You will then receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with reliable local couriers (Paxi & Aramex).

Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends, and public holidays.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We must have a valid street address in order to deliver to you.
Plaudits SA is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, and our parcels are not shipped as insured.

THINGS TO NOTE:
You will receive a reminder timeously during the 14 day period to collect your order. In the event the order is not collected within 14 days, we will put aside your order for a maximum of 21 days. Should 21 days lapse the item/s will be returned to stock available and we will notify you and there will be no refund.
